[美] 惠特尼•查德威克(Whitney Chadwick)，著名艺术史学家，旧金山州立大学荣休教授。她专攻20 世纪欧洲艺术和美国艺术，在女性艺术、超现实主义艺术、现代主义艺术领域贡献卓著，代表作有《女性、艺术与社会》《女性艺术家与超现实主义运动》《重要的另一半：创造力与亲密关系》《告别缪斯：爱情、战争与超现实主义中的女性》等。

译者简介：
